Welcome, I am so glad you are here. I would love to share a little bit about myself with you. I am a life coach, yoga teacher, and meditation teacher. But how did I get here? I can tell you it has been a lifelong journey! I am a dedicated learner with a passion for personal growth and helping others reach their full potential.  I have always endeavored to bring the deepest understanding to every aspect of my life; my conscious and successful 30-year marriage, raising my 4 children in our beautifully blended family, my work with women in both pregnancy and recovery, my teaching and coaching in schools and with collegiate athletes, my enduring quest for deepening my self-awareness, and my teaching yoga and meditation. I take great pride in the wide breadth of my lived experiences, my personal development, and my professional background, all of which combine to offer a unique perspective in the services I provide. I'm here to help you on your path to personal growth and fulfillment.

LIFE COACH

A labyrinth, much like life, is a complex, intricate network of passages and paths where finding one's way can be challenging—a true maze. In our fast-paced world, feelings of overwhelm, decision fatigue, and confusion can easily take hold.

My role is to serve as your guide on your unique journey, helping you navigate through this labyrinth of life. There is no single right way in life; instead, there are numerous paths, and it's about finding the one that resonates with you. My expertise lies in assisting you in connecting with your inner voice, finding moments of quiet, and tuning into your truest self. This process empowers you to understand your needs and discover the path to fulfilling them. 

As a professional life coach, I've received training from renowned experts, including Tony Robbins at Oneness University, and have been influenced by the pioneering work of Thomas Leonard, often referred to as the 'father of coaching.' My coaching style is guided by intuition, emphasizing the importance of trusting one's inner wisdom. This approach draws from personal experience and education, aiming to help individuals delve deeper within themselves to forge a profound connection.

YOGA

With an extensive 25-year journey in yoga, I hold certifications as a 200-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher), specialize as a prenatal yoga instructor, and am a certified Kundalini practitioner. During a seven-year period, I had the honor of owning and operating Yoga Village, a yoga studio that became a hub for wellness and self-discovery.

My expertise extends beyond the studio, encompassing diverse settings such as hospitals, schools, and women's groups, where I've shared the transformative power of yoga. My commitment to yoga has allowed me to guide individuals toward physical and emotional well-being, making yoga not just a practice but a way of life.


MEDITATION

In the realm of mindfulness and meditation, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience. I hold certifications in Mind-Body Stress Relief (MBSR), a practice renowned for its ability to reduce stress and promote overall well-being. 

My dedication to mindfulness has led me to study under influential figures in the field, such as Byron Katie and Eckhart Tolle, whose teachings have profoundly shaped my approach. Furthermore, my meditation journey has been enriched through the guidance of luminaries like Deepak Chopra and Jon Kabat-Zinn, whose wisdom has deepened my understanding and practice of meditation. 

With this comprehensive background, I am passionate about helping individuals unlock the transformative potential of mindfulness and meditation for a more balanced and centered life.

Through a series of six sessions, I skillfully integrate my professional and personal experiences with my coaching expertise, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness training to guide you through a series of self-exploration practices.

Recognize Your Conditioning: We often forget that we are not solely defined by our thoughts. Our minds are shaped by the stories and conditioning from our past. In today's society, there's a prevalent emphasis on wealth accumulation, the formation of nuclear families, and the pursuit of fame. This external fixation can lead to neglecting our inner worlds, resulting in feelings of unfulfillment and discontent.

Cultivate Mindfulness: The practice of mindfulness allows you to distinguish between thoughts that are authentic, beneficial, and aligned with your best interests, and those that are products of conditioned beliefs and ultimately unhelpful. This practice not only fosters a deeper connection with your true self but also enhances your ability to listen to your intuition. It is within your inner world and through your intuition that you can navigate the path to fulfillment and contentment.
